Accessible entrances and ramps

The primary entrance to the Clerk's Office is that of the lower level of the North-side of the building.

The primary entrance to the Mayor's Office is that of the upper-level of the North-side of the building.

The primary entrance into the Assembly Room (where Council meetings are held) is that of South-side of the building.

The fully accessible ramp entrances to City Hall are located on the West-side of the building accessing the main level (Assembly Room) and the North-side of the building accessing the lower level.  Once on the main level, you will find a ramp and stairs leading to the restrooms.

Parking

There are free parking lots on the North and West sides of the building as well as free parking available on the road on the South-side of the building.

Security

City Hall is publically accessible during normal business operating hours and during publically available meetings (such as City Council meetings).  

City Hall is monitored 24*7 via internal and external surveillance cameras and is equipped with door security which requires a PIN code or Government-issued HID badge.

The fully accessible ramp entrances to the City Services building are located on both the East and West-sides of the building accessing the main level.  Once on the main level, you will have access to both stairs and an elevator accessing offices, conference rooms, and restrooms on both lower and upper level floors.

Parking

There are free parking lots on the East and West sides of the building.  The East lot is considered the primary publically available lot and overflow parking for Simon Moon Park.

Security

City Services is publically accessible during normal business operating hours and during publically available meetings (such as Mayoral public announcements scheduled at this facility).  

City Services is monitored 24*7 via internal and external surveillance cameras and is equipped with door security which requires a PIN code or Government-issued HID badge.

Description

Grand Park in Westfield, Indiana, is a destination like no other. The thoughtfully designed 400-acre Grand Park Sports Campus features 26 baseball and softball diamonds, 31 multipurpose fields for soccer, football, rugby, field hockey and lacrosse. An indoor soccer facility will open in 2015 and an indoor basketball/volleyball facility will open in 2016. Grand Park also features an abundance of green space and more than 10 miles of pedestrian/bicycle trails, including the largest trailhead on the Monon Corridor. More than 1.5 million sports visitors are expected to participate in or attend tournaments and events at the Grand Park Sports Campus on an annual basis making the surrounding area a prime location for economic development.
